New paper in iScience on the hematopoietic landscape of the lung!

Our collaborative work with the Murphy Lab is out in iScience: “High resolution spatial profiling of the hematopoietic landscape of the murine lung”.

The lung is increasingly recognized as more than a gas-exchange organ — it also harbors and supports blood-forming cells. Using high resolution spatial profiling, this study maps where hematopoietic cells reside within the murine lung and how they are organized relative to the surrounding tissue niches.

Congratulations to Veronica Jarzabek and Jiaji (George) Chen from our lab on their contributions, and to first author Nicholas Skvir and the team in the Murphy Lab. Ruben Dries and George Murphy are co-senior authors on the study.
